PMR - Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a guided VR experience designed to help users manage stress, anxiety and physical pain via the conscious awareness of muscle tension and relaxation.

Users can choose one of two modes for the experience:

"Classic" Progressive Muscle Relaxation, in which a guide leads the user on a tour of their body, coaching them to tense and release their muscles as they go.intensive

"Progressive Relaxation" mode, which focuses solely on the relaxation aspect of the experience.

Either mode can be run in one of three beautiful, low-stimulation environments:

Space: The observation deck of an orbital space station.

Villa: A rustic New Mexican village overlooks a fleet of hot air balloons.

River: The Northern Lights shine on a snowy Canadian campfire.
