About this game

All of us want to better control our emotions and manage stress. ZenVR is the meditation learning system you’ve been looking for! With an instructor-led classroom experience, ZenVR will teach you real meditation beyond relaxation and guide you to take your skills off the cushion and into your everyday life. The growing curriculum of classes is built with real meditation teachers and proven in research conducted at Georgia Tech to teach you skills to improve your everyday mental wellbeing.

Easily fit meditation into your weekly routine. Lessons 1 - 8 (each a half-hour-long class) of the core curriculum are available now. You’ll also receive access to Quick Sessions, Boat Rowingand Practice. Practice mode is where you can build personalized sessions to conveniently review techniques and concepts and/or to simply meditate guided or solo. We’ll be releasing more lessons and features as we continue expanding!

If you want to learn real meditation

Then this app is fantastic. Do check it out if you are tired of all the gamified nonsense meditation apps out there. This is more "hardcore" containing great lessons and everything without all of the distractions.

My favorite meditation app to date

The app is quite good as it is right now. It is a nice virtual meditation center (I’ve looked around). If the developers are interested in suggestions, I would suggest making it possible to pick the spot on the “grounds” for silent meditation and omit the meditation instructions currently…
