Inner Focus® offers a new way to support wellness. Through an interactive series of steps, you are guided into a relaxed state that improves focus and reduces stress or anxiety.

Against a backdrop of scenes from nature, each phase is designed to deepen the user’s sense of peace.

— FOCUS is less active. Focus on the circle with your gaze and breathe consciously

— REFLECT is listening. Focus on the sounds around you and the feelings inside you.

By tracking movements, Inner Focus measures how focused you are during each phase, which contributes to a “score” at the end of the experience, with tips to help improved performance.
