1. add the mango juice to the fermentation tube

2. add the yeast solution to the fermentation tube

3. add distilled water + yeast solution, grape juice + yeast solution, and grapefruit juice + yeast solution to the remaining three fermentation tubes.

4. place the four fermentation tubes in a water bath, add warm water and observe what happens in the foot fermentation tube.

5. observe the reaction between the juice and the yeast

6. the water level in the blind tube has lowered by the volume of carbon dioxide produced by the yeast

7. use an eyedropper to remove some of the grape juice and yeast mixture from the fermentation tube containing the grape juice and yeast.

8. add potassium hydroxide solution to the grape juice and yeast mixture and observe what happens
