Vocab Clash

Vocab Clash is a VR immersive learning tool that fuses vocabulary acquisition with full-body movement. It supports both English and Chinese learning tracks, featuring image-based questions, video-based questions, and fill-in-the-blank questions. Through an intuitive "understand first, then answer with your body" mechanism, learners build direct concept-to-vocabulary neural connections across boxing, darts, table tennis, escape-adventure levels, and AI-powered real-time voice role-play.

The system covers nearly 8,000 English words for TOEFL and IELTS, as well as nearly 8,000 Chinese vocabulary entries. Each entry includes a dedicated image and contextual example sentence.

Unlike traditional memorization tools, the game shows no translations or dictionary definitions. Instead, meaning is conveyed through three question types:

Image Questions — Observe purely visual images and infer the concept they express.

Video Questions — Watch short clips and grasp word meaning within dynamic scenarios.

Fill-in-the-Blank Questions — Supply the missing word based on sentence context.

Your response is not a button press. It is full-body movement:

Boxing — Punch the correct answer in the ring.

Darts — Throw darts to hit the target option at the range.

Table Tennis — Swing your paddle and drive the ball toward the correct answer.

Adventure Escape — Answer questions to seal monsters while dodging pursuit at high speed.

AI Battle — Compete against AI opponents in real-time vocabulary duels.
