Vectorworks Odyssey

Embark on a design journey like never before —Vectorworks Odyssey provides a realistic and engaging experience with your Vectorworks models. Explore your design in immersive 3D as you walk through your creation in a way that feels natural and intuitive. Cycle through design options with access to design layer visibilities, or simply control how much you need to see in a life-sized environment. Vectorworks Odyssey blends creativity with innovation as you transform any space into your imagination.

The Vectorworks Odyssey app is part of the Vectorworks Cloud Services suite of products and is available for viewing Vectorworks shared 3D models (.vgx files) without requiring an account.

A Vectorworks account is required for creating, uploading, and sharing Vectorworks 3D model files via Vectorworks Cloud Services or an integrated third-party cloud storage provider.

To download a Vectorworks 3D model, enter its VR code obtained from the Share link dialog on the Vectorworks Cloud Services web portal or the Vectorworks Nomad mobile app.

The following scenes are available in the app:

● Lobby: Input the VR code to download a .vgx file and open it for viewing here. Sample models are also available for exploration.

● Dollhouse mode: Open a scaled-down version of your model, in a dollhouse view. You can fly around or teleport to a surface of the model to enter immersive mode.

● Immersive mode: The model is scaled up to its real-world size and can be experienced with a 3D walkthrough.
