PTR Immersive Training Library

A client mistakes you for the secretary. A colleague calls a new starter a "diversity hire". A gym refuses a same-sex couple its partner deal. In the moment, the right words are hard to find.

Practise it here first. Play the person it happens to, or the one who can step in. Notice the bias, choose your response, see how it lands, then reflect or replay.

MindShift: notice bias in everyday moments

• In Plain Sight: spot gender bias in a client meeting.
• Ally Assist: back your team member after a customer’s racist comments.
• Making Assumptions: as a developer who uses a wheelchair, face doubts about leading a project.
• Glass Ceilings: new to the team, mark bias as it happens.
• Inclusive Perspectives: reply at the water cooler, then try another answer.

One situation, both sides

• Everyday Inclusion: join a meeting as a new hire, then run it as the manager.
• Finding Common Ground: be refused as a customer, then respond as the manager.

Leadership: speak up out loud

• Lift VR: speak in your own words, then watch your recording.

For organisations and trainers running inclusion and leadership sessions. You stay in place: no thumbstick movement.

No account or internet needed. Organisations can link a headset with a code. Menus in English, German, French and Spanish. Voices in English; Everyday Inclusion also in German and French.

Content note: scenes show racist, sexist and ableist remarks and exclusion at work, so you can learn to respond to them.
