1. Organize the documents.

2. Hold the copy paper, place it on the copier, select the number of copies, and press the start button.

3. Press the power button on the shredder.

4. Place the paper to be shredded into the shredder, press the shred button, and shred it.

5. Check the finished result and tidy up the desk to create a completed appearance.

6. Place mail in the mailbox, documents in the document box, and books on the bookshelf.
