A consequence-driven design visualizes the real-time impact of errors without real-world risk, turning missteps into powerful lessons. Trainees navigate ten randomized scenarios covering equipment selection, hose connections, alarm activation, and team coordination, while adapting to evolving fire behaviors and facility layouts. This dynamic approach builds muscle memory for anticipatory risk reduction and “see it, stop it” hazard intervention.
