Use your local music with matching beat files to create rhythm-boxing workouts.

Follow the in-game guide to generate a beat file on a PC, then copy the music and beat file to Meta Quest via USB. Scan the folder and start training. MP3, WAV, and OGG are supported.

Custom Workouts require PC-prepared beat files; the headset does not currently analyze music directly. Only use music you have the right to use.
