EASY REACH - San Michele Castle

When my father and my in-laws, all in their early 80s, came to visit us in southern Italy, I realised how difficult it is for people with reduced mobility or medical restrictions to access most of the wonderful places here.

My dad wanted to visit the castle ruins, however, a pacemaker restriction, lots of stairs, and uneven ground made it impossible for him.

Well dad. Now you can see it.

EASY REACH has the mission to bring amazing places to everyone unable to visit them.

Using the latest immersive technologies, like drone imagery and photogrammetry to recreate assets with accuracy and fidelity, and a custom stereo record system to produce hi-rez VR 180° stereo videos, we aim to deliver an almost real visiting experience.
