BioS

BioS – Bisaccia della Biodiversità in Sardegna is an innovative digital ecosystem designed to enhance the island’s natural heritage through an immersive, interactive, and sustainable exploration experience.

The app guides users in discovering landscapes, nature trails, and points of interest (POIs) related to Sardinia’s animal and plant biodiversity. Thanks to georeferenced navigation, contextualized multimedia content, and interaction with proximity sensors, BioS transforms every visit into an engaging and mindful experience.

The experience is further enriched with immersive content, images, and 360° videos, designed to offer in-depth knowledge of the territory both on-site and remotely, also through virtual reality headsets. BioS thus becomes an ideal tool for sustainable tourism, territorial promotion, education, and cultural events.
