0. Select a counsel scenario.

Examples include waiting for your turn, expressing your thoughts and feelings, adapting to changes in activities, making choices independently, responding to feedback, and ending a session appropriately.

1. Choose the difficulty level.

2. Listen to the mediator’s explanation of the situation and understand the counsel context.

3. Express your feelings by mapping them using the Emotion Robot.

4. Select the most appropriate emotional response and social behavior for the situation.

5. Choose the character animation that represents the correct response and practice emotional regulation, self-expression, and decision-making skills.
